This policy describes how subscriptions, payments, and refunds work on FriendRex.
FriendRex offers a free tier and a premium subscription tier ("FriendRex Gold"). The free tier provides access to core features including browsing, rating, reviewing, and social interactions. FriendRex Gold provides additional features such as enhanced AI recommendations, advanced analytics, and premium profile customization.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to FriendRex Gold, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan). Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription rate at each renewal. We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for subsequent periods after cancellation.
We want you to be satisfied with FriendRex. Our refund policy is as follows:
To request a refund, email support@friendrex.app with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
If we offer a free trial period, you will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the advertised rate. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.
Creator-operated paid communities have their own subscription terms set by the Creator, subject to FriendRex's Community Guidelines. Refund requests for paid community subscriptions should be directed to support@friendrex.app. Subscribers who believe a paid community has failed to deliver promised value may request a refund within 14 days of their most recent subscription payment.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of paid features after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
